Keith is an Experienced Professional Level Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher with more than 500 certification hours, currently the highest level of certification offered by the Yoga Alliance. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience both with group classes and private instruction, specializing in vinyasa style yoga. Keith and his partner Kelly lead 200 hour and 500 hour yoga teacher training programs year round in Delray Beach, Florida. Keith also enjoys leading yoga workshops and empowerment retreats in South Florida and beyond, from Colorado and California to exotic locations such as Costa Rica, Greece and Mexico.
Keith’s first teachers in Florida shared Hatha and Iyengar yoga with him, but once he found Ashtanga, he found his true love and the beginning of his path to YogaFox Vinyasa. His first in depth training was with Larry Schultz of California . Keith went on to study with Tim Miller, Duncan Wong, Baron Baptiste, Richard Freeman, David Swensen, and Rodney Yee among others. Keith’s partner Kelly has shared with him her teachers within the Kripalu Yoga family – a branch of yoga that they incorporate heavily into their intensives and trainings. Keith has currently expanded his study of yoga by immersing in Kali Natha Yoga (founded by Guru Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati) and Bhakti Yoga – sharing healing powers of music and mantra with his students while playing his harmonium.
Keith is also the founder of YogaFox's Yoga with Live Music. This weekly class is 9:30-11am year round at The Colony Hotel in Delray Beach, FL. The class shares amazing energy and Shakti and gets around 100 students each week. Keith also teaches Yoga with Live Music at festivals and workshops. Keith and his wife Kelly are the founders of YogaFest in South Florida. YogaFest is an annual festival with yoga, music, and vendors and gets thousands of participants. Keith shares Yoga with Live Music at YogaFest with such acts as Jai Uttal and the Mayapuris.

Kelly Brookbank is the co-owner of YogaFox Studios. She is a certified AtmaYoga Instructor, a certified Pregnancy yoga instructor, and a Professional Level 500 hour Kripalu Teacher. She has over 15 years of yoga experience and has been teaching for over 10 years. Kelly is a CPA and worked in corporate America. She seeks to help her yoga students alleviate stress in their lives and bring the concepts of balance, strength, and inner strength from the yoga mat into their everyday lives. Kelly is also a photographer and loves to take photos of all of her experiences - especially yoga retreats.
Kelly has led retreats in Costa Rica, Mexico, Colorado, Georgia, California, and North Carolina. Other than Kripalu, Kelly has studied Kali Natha Yoga, Ashtanga, Anusara, Bikram, and Iyengar yoga. She incorporates all of her studies into her teachings.

Kelly and Keith met in 2005 at a yoga retreat center - Pura Vida - in Costa Rica. Each of them were there teaching and sharing the gift of yoga. They are now partners in the YogaFox school of yoga and work together on training future yoga teachers.

Tara has been a yoga teacher and personal trainer in Sothern Florida for over 15 years. Tara is a long time student of owner Keith Fox and she completed her 200 hour training with Miami's Paul Toliuszis. Tara studied and taught 2 and a half years in Asia's yoga capital--Hong Kong and she is excited to share her immense knowledge. In the span of her life she has been highly involved in athletics; skiing, horseback riding, triathalons, top 3 in Asia's adventure trail racing, ballet, gymnastics and boxing.
She has attended teacher trainings in Miami Beach, and while in Hong Kong studied under Shiva Rae, Anna Forest, David Swenson and Sara Powers. As a result Tara is certified in many styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Bikram, Jivamukti, and Yin. Along with her passionate love of yoga, She attended Buddhist studies at the Colorado Shambhala Center.

Darnelle is a Certified 500 hour YogaFox instructor and is known for her passionate positive approach to life. Her teaching style offers a dynamic blend of classic vinyasa yoga mixed with a true to life personal theme, allowing her students to leave the class knowing a little more about themselves & their karmic footprint on the world. Darnelle's intention is to share the practice of yoga & meditation so that people from all ways of life can relate & feel welcome. She offers this sacred practice in a non-conforming & completely accepting way. If you have always thought, “that yoga stuff is not for me”, then Darnelle is the perfect teacher for you. The practice itself will focus on releasing toxins, managing stress, & thought provoking ideas to develop mental awareness. Darnelle also teaches kids yoga, helping children to fire up their imaginations and work with their breath and explore their bodies to help manage stress.
Brad is a Certified 200 hour YogaFox Teacher and has been teaching since 2007. After completing his studies with Keith and Kelly Fox he traveled to India to study Ashtanga with Pattabi Jois. Brad taught in the Philadelphia area prior to making his home in Delray Beach. Brad shares Yoga at home with his wife Colleen and daughter Sunshine.

Holly is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others through yoga. She believes there is so much we learn on the mat that can used off the mat and in our everyday lives. Holly has been practicing yoga for 10 years and received her teacher training certification through YogaFox in 2010. Her classes tend to be physical in nature, but will leave you feeling inspired and lighthearted. Holly is currently working on her 500 hour certification with YogaFox School of Yoga.

Yoga Story: I dabbled in yoga in New York in my early 20s to reduce stress from my job at Goldman Sachs. I began practicing regularly after I had my 2nd child and just wanted to get back into shape. Although I came for the physical benefit, I couldn't believe how deeply it would affect me spiritually. Jacqueline LOVES yoga! She has been practicing for 8 years and graduated from YogaFox Teacher Training in May 2008. Jacqueline seeks and finds fulfillment in the balance of life, from personal to professional. Her journey with yoga began when she lived in Maui in 2001 and continued through her living in San Diego, CA and now in and around Delray Beach. Her teaching style is Vinyasa, although she also enjoys practicing Kundalini, Anusara and "Hot" Power Yoga.
