Yoga Teacher Training

The YogaFox 200 hour and 500 hour teacher training programs provide our students with a combination of the physical asana, along with a balanced experience of philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and anatomy.  We blend our Vinyasa style with Kripalu and Hatha influences for a very diverse experience.

Private Sessions

Keith has years of experience working one-on-one with his students. In these one hour sessions, Keith provides many hand-on assists to enhance an individual’s practice. Sessions are usually conducted in Keith’s home studio. Click here for more information.
