"Working for Lululemon Athletica has allowed me to practice yoga with many, many wonderful teachers. While traveling to Delray I had the opportunity to drop in to a Sunday class with Keith. His cues and adjustments were some of the best I have ever had. To practice with live music added such amazing energy. I highly recommend practicing with Keith, I only wish I lived closer and could drop in every Sunday. "

“I have been competitive my entire life: football, baseball, wrestling, weightlifting. When I graduated from high school I spent five years in the Marine Corps. I am no stranger to physical and mental strain. Throughout my life when I thought of yoga I thought of stretching and relaxation. ........When I leave your class I feel as though I have found an inner strength that will guide me through the everyday trials and tribulations of life. The air smells cleaner, colors seem brighter and my body is completely grounded.
I have gained great personal satisfaction through my yoga practice. In each practice I learn a little bit more about myself and become more comfortable in my skin.  Thanks.”
Brian

”I just want to let you know how happy I am that I reconnected with you. ….One day I was in heavy thought and realized that I was making to many excuses to not do the one thing I needed the most, YOGA! The teacher that popped in my head was you. I remembered taking a couple classes with you years ago and how much I loved it. I searched for your schedule and called you right away. I love everything about your Yoga class. What an amazing feeling to hear live music while strengthening your spirit. I am truly grateful to be apart of your yoga class learning from you and Kelly.”

Genevieve

Stacey of Colony Yoga

Genevieve currently manages and teaches at The Buddha Lounge

Her classes:
Mondays 12 noon - 1pm, 4-5:15pm

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30am, 12 noon-1pm

Genevieve first came to yoga for the physical exercise it offered. She had no idea how the practice of yoga would breathe life into every aspect of her being.  Having suffered from asthma and scoliosis her whole life, Genevieve was shocked and amazed as yoga transformed her inside and out!  Through sculpting her body with asana (physical postures) she strengthened and straightened her spine, alleviating the back pain from scoliosis.  With the practice of pranayama (breathing exercises), Genevieve learned to control her breathing, thus releasing her from a lifelong dependence on asthma inhalers Genevieve was looking for a studio that would welcome and challenge her to grow physically and spiritually!  She stopped her search when she came to YogaFox, knowing that she had found her yoga home!  Through her YogaFox training, Genevieve gained awareness…Awareness of the physical body, awareness of the breath, and awareness of the self.  The awareness of self has led Genevieve to better know patience, non-judgment, gratitude, and love…not only in her practice but also in life. It is this gift of awareness that Genevieve shares with her students through loving and grateful service.  Credentials:  Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hrs through Yoga Alliance.  Currently working on RYT 500 hr YogaFox School of Vinyasa.  Certified in Thai-Yoga Bodywork through Vedic Conservatory.

Noah

Stacey of Colony Yoga

Noah is a certified YogaFox instructor and  currently teaches Dynamic Vinyasa Flow

Buddha Lounge:  7:00-8:15 pm on Tuesdays
                           5:30-7 pm on Fridays

Student Review:  Noah teaches a strong level 2-3 flow, well balanced with an edge toward creative sequencing and strong hands-on adjustments. This is generally a well attended class and you’ll find some advanced practitioners. Don’t expect music or the standard A-B salutations to get you ready for what’s to come. Class opens with good warming strength postures and you’ll quickly become immersed by the breath of students and Noah’s strong yet encouraging instruction. Those looking to get lost in music, or a fast moving release from thought need not apply. You’ll go deep and advance your practice if you listen to Noah and your body, doing what feels right and realizing it’s not a race but a journey with no finish line. Class start in a very casual manner. You’ll get a lot of postures in, some great adjustments, and if you wish a bit of yogic perspective if you venture to talk to him after class.

BIO coming soon.
