Yoga Teacher Training
The YogaFox 200 hour and 500 hour teacher training programs provide our students with a combination of the physical asana, along with a balanced experience of philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and anatomy. We blend our Vinyasa style with Kripalu and Hatha influences for a very diverse experience.
